General
Breakout is a Swedish platform for football talent development. We connect players with scouts, trainers, and other stakeholders in the football world through video sharing and networking.
You get a long way without paying. Creating an account, uploading clips, entering challenges, being part of a team and its calendar, receiving ratings and seeing your basic stats all cost nothing. Each role also has a premium tier that unlocks more — for a player that includes unlimited uploads and the names of the scouts and coaches who have visited your profile. A club account is invoiced by us at 999 SEK per month including VAT.
You must be at least 13 to create a player account — registration is blocked if the date of birth shows a lower age. If you are under 18, extra protections apply: the account is private from the start and invisible to scouts and coaches until you choose otherwise. We do not require a guardian's consent for you to create the account, but use the app with your parents' knowledge. A parent can link their account to yours, and can then pause it, approve or decline trials if you are under 15, and ask us to delete it.
Yes. Breakout is live in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, and the app is available in all four languages plus English. This website is in Swedish and English. The centre of gravity in our content is still Swedish football.
Privacy & Security
You decide — but where you start depends on your age. If you are between 13 and 17 your account is private from the outset, and invisible to both scouts and coaches until you switch it on in settings. If you are 18 or older your profile is visible from the start, and you can make it private whenever you want. Whatever your age, your town and region are never shown to anyone outside your circle, and a shared clip link does not work at all for anyone under 18.

Yes, you have the right to delete your data according to GDPR. Contact our support or use the settings in the app to delete your account and all associated data.
