If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on Breakout infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@breakoutsports.se that includes:

Reporting copyright infringement

We suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Repeat infringers

We act on valid notices without undue delay, normally within a few business days. We remove or disable access to the content in question and notify the user who uploaded it. If a notice is incomplete, we may ask you for clarification.

What does not exist yet

You register with your organisation number and a named contact, and are verified with club documentation. That verification is what tells players and parents it really is you getting in touch.

The club gets an account

The club sets its coaches up as accounts under the organisation. The account belongs to the club, not to the individual — when a coach leaves you deactivate it, and the teams remain.

You create the coach accounts

You create the teams and assign a coach, or let the coach create their own. The difference matters: club broadcasts and squad lists cover the teams you own yourselves. Call-ups, attendance, selections and team info are then handled in one place.

The coaches build the teams

A message from the club can go to several of your own teams at the same time, aimed at players, parents or coaches. You see how many people will receive it before you send.

Three views: the people you follow, the latest, and what is performing right now. Like, comment and follow other players — and get followed back.

Your feed

Upload, trim and tag. Every clip is screened automatically before it goes live, so the feed stays clean.

Three clips a day

Submit an entry and follow the leaderboard. Points come from views, likes, scout likes and how many different people commented. Finish in the top three and your profile carries a medal everyone can see. Most challenges are open to everyone; a few are marked premium.

Challenge of the month

A hundred levels and close to sixty awards. You earn XP for uploads, for the likes you receive, considerably more for a scout like — and for a scout visiting your profile. There is a leaderboard per sport.

Call-ups you answer with a reason when you cannot make it, squad selection before a match, a chat per event so Sunday's questions land in the right place, and the whole calendar subscribable from your phone's own calendar app.

Teams and calendar

Coaches and scouts can rate defending, passing, strength, shooting and technique. You can ask somebody you follow for one — and switch ratings off entirely if you would rather not have them.

Ratings in five parts

Matches, minutes, goals and assists, and how much of the team's playing time has been yours. The numbers come from your coach's match report — if they have not filled it in, it stays empty.

Your season

Log the session with how hard it felt, and answer a short morning check-in about sleep, energy and soreness. All of it is optional and private: you decide, team by team, whether your coach sees a summary or nothing at all.

Be seen by more than whoever happens to be on the touchline

What Breakout does not do

Position, club, league, shirt number, height, stronger foot, strengths and weaknesses. Every field you fill in is one more filter you can turn up in when somebody searches.

Build your profile

Pick from your camera roll, trim off the run-up and choose a cover frame. 90 seconds maximum — roughly as long as anyone will watch anyway. Three clips a day are included free.

Upload a clip

Set clip type, moment, position, phase of play and match context. The tags are what make a scout searching for a full-back finishing in youth football turn up your clip. An untagged clip stays in the feeds, but never comes up when somebody searches.

Tag it so you get found

Views, likes, scout likes and new followers, with the change against the previous period. You see which clips are doing well and which tags are pulling.

Follow what happens

Most of the work sits in step three. It is also what decides whether you get found.

Four steps, and the first takes a couple of minutes

The names of the scouts and coaches who visited your profile, how many times each of them came, when they were last there, and whether they came back. This is the feature people subscribe for.

Who has viewed you

No daily limit. Post a whole match in parts if you want, or bank clips through a weekend of three fixtures.

Unlimited uploads

Twenty clips instead of three, with each clip's first two weeks measured against your own median — so older clips do not win simply for having been up longer.

The full clip list

A curve rather than a running total, so you can see what happened in the week you posted something new.

Day-by-day trend

How many times the clip was shown in each feed, and how often somebody actually started it. We count impressions, not people — we never store who has seen a clip.
