For clubs

We build the club's tools together with you

Breakout brings teams, calendar and communication into the same app your players already use. And we are early enough in the journey that what you are missing can become what we build next.

What clubs tell us

Three things come up in almost every conversation we have with a club.

The information lives in five places

Call-ups in a chat app, attendance in a spreadsheet, match details in a Facebook group. Nobody has the whole picture, and anyone new to the club finds nothing.

The knowledge leaves with the coach

When a coach moves on, the training plans, the squad decisions and the knowledge of the players go with them. The next coach starts from scratch.

Players are only seen in their own league

A talent at a smaller club is seen by whoever happens to be standing by the touchline. There is no way to be seen beyond that.

Step by step

How your club works in Breakout

From the club getting its account to reaching every player and parent. Four steps — and you do not do them alone, we set it up together with you.

1

The club gets an account

You register with your organisation number and a named contact, and are verified with club documentation. That verification is what tells players and parents it really is you getting in touch.

2

You create the coach accounts

The club sets its coaches up as accounts under the organisation. The account belongs to the club, not to the individual — when a coach leaves you deactivate it, and the teams remain.

3

The coaches build the teams

Each coach creates their team and invites players, parents and assistant coaches. From there, call-ups, attendance, squad selection and team information all live in one place.

4

The club reaches everyone at once

A message from the club can go to several teams at the same time, aimed at players, parents or coaches. You see how many people will receive it before you send.

Available today

What you get from day one

Everything below is built and running. What isn't, we list too — further down this page.

Verified club account

The club registers with its organisation number and a named contact, and is verified with documentation before the account opens.

Coach accounts under the club

Create, activate and deactivate your coaches' accounts. The account belongs to the club, not to the person using it.

Teams and invitations

Coaches create teams and invite players, parents and assistant coaches. Ownership can be handed over when a coach leaves.

Calendar with attendance

Training sessions and matches in a shared calendar. Players respond to the call-up and give a reason when they cannot make it. The calendar can also be subscribed to from the phone's own calendar app.

Broadcast to several teams

Send one message to several teams at once, aimed at players, parents or coaches, with the recipient count visible before you press send.

Ratings and tryouts

Your coaches can rate players who accept ratings, and post tryouts that players apply to directly in the app.

What does not exist yet

We are early in the journey with the club side. We would rather say so plainly than be found out halfway through a demo. This is where things stand today:

  • The club account's own view in the app is minimal. Most of the work happens in the coaches' accounts — the club's own overview is started, not finished.
  • The statistics we show the club are currently just how many of your coaches are active. No overall picture of the players.
  • There is no club code to hand out. Players and parents are invited personally by the coach, one at a time.
  • A player's club is a free-text line the player writes themselves. It is not linked to you as an organisation, so you cannot yet see “all our players” in the system.

None of these points is a secret, and none of them is permanent. They are here so that the next section means something.

Roadmap

Available today, building now — and what you decide

The third column is empty on purpose. We have more ideas than we can build, and we would rather build what a club has actually asked for than what we guessed at.

Available today

Built and running

  • Verified club account
  • Coach accounts under the club
  • Teams, invitations and handover
  • Calendar, call-ups and attendance
  • Squad selection and event chat
  • Broadcast to several teams
  • Tryouts and ratings
Building now

In progress

  • A proper club view in the app
  • A single overview of the club's teams
  • More to go on than logged-in coaches
  • A clearer link between player and club

We deliberately put no dates here. The order is shaped by what the clubs we talk to tell us.

You decide

There is room left here

  • Your idea
  • Your idea
  • Your idea

Tell us what takes time at your club today. We read what you write in the form, and it weighs heavily when we decide what gets built next.

Tell us what you need

We promise influence, not delivery: you are in the room when we prioritise, and we build nothing substantial without a club having asked for it.

How we work together

We want to solve your problems, not sell you a finished box

Breakout is built by people who have run teams themselves. We roughly know where it chafes, but we do not know what it looks like at your club — how many teams you have, who does what, what jams up in August when everyone needs to get into the system at once.

So we do it the other way round. You get the account, we set it up together, and then we listen to where it gets stuck. What comes up at several clubs is what we build.

  • A first conversation about how you work today — not a sales demo.
  • Setup together with you, starting with one or two teams.
  • Regular check-ins where you tell us what is missing.
  • You find out what happened to what you said.

Questions clubs ask

Register interest

Fill in the form and we will get back to you. The field about what you want solved matters most — we read it, and it weighs heavily when we decide what gets built next.

Write freely — what takes time today, what sits in the wrong place, what is missing. This goes straight into our prioritisation.

We use these details to contact you about Breakout and keep them for at most 24 months. Read more in our privacy policy.

Tell us what chafes at your club

An email, a conversation, no slide deck. We want to know how your club works today and where it gets stuck.
