What clubs tell us
Three things come up in almost every conversation we have with a club.
The information lives in five places
Call-ups in a chat app, attendance in a spreadsheet, match details in a Facebook group. Nobody has the whole picture, and anyone new to the club finds nothing.
The knowledge leaves with the coach
When a coach moves on, the training plans, the squad decisions and the knowledge of the players go with them. The next coach starts from scratch.
Players are only seen in their own league
A talent at a smaller club is seen by whoever happens to be standing by the touchline. There is no way to be seen beyond that.
Step by step
How your club works in Breakout
From the club getting its account to reaching every player and parent. Four steps — and you do not do them alone, we set it up together with you.
The club gets an account
You register with your organisation number and a named contact, and are verified with a certificate of registration. That verification is what tells players and parents it really is you getting in touch.
You create the coach accounts
The club sets its coaches up as accounts under the organisation. An account you created belongs to the club, not to the individual. When a coach leaves, they hand their teams over to another coach, and you deactivate the account.
The coaches build the teams
You create the teams and assign a coach, or let the coach create their own. The difference matters: club broadcasts and squad lists cover the teams you own yourselves. Call-ups, attendance, selections and team info are then handled in one place.
The club reaches everyone at once
A message from the club can go to several of your own teams at the same time, aimed at players, parents or coaches. You see how many people will receive it before you send.

Verified club account
The club registers with its organisation number and a named contact, and is verified with a certificate of registration before the account opens.
Coach accounts under the club
Create, activate and deactivate your coaches' accounts – an account you create belongs to the club. If the coach already has an account you invite it instead; the invitation is valid for 14 days, and the account stays the coach's own.
Teams and invitations
Coaches create teams and invite players, parents and assistant coaches. Ownership can be handed over when a coach leaves.
Calendar with attendance
Training sessions and matches in a shared calendar. Players respond to the call-up and give a reason when they cannot make it. The calendar can also be subscribed to from the phone's own calendar app.
Broadcast to several teams
Send one message to several of the club's own teams at once, aimed at players, parents or coaches, with the recipient count visible before you press send.
Ratings and tryouts
Your coaches can rate players who accept ratings, and post tryouts that players apply to directly in the app.
Club calendar and results
Training sessions and matches for the club's teams, month by month, with attendance lists. Plus a results view across every team: matches played, goal difference, and which matches have no reported result.
Team overview and assignment
See the club's teams and which coaches run them. You can create teams yourselves and assign a coach straight from your list — then the team belongs to the club. A coach who created their own team can choose to keep it private.
The club's view on a computer
Sign in at breakoutsports.se with the club account and get the whole club on one screen: the trainers in a table with their last sign-in, where you add, pause and remove them; the teams and who coaches them; the calendar for every team; messages with a preview of who they reach; and the results, with the matches still missing one. Part of the club subscription.
What does not exist yet
We are early in the journey with the club side. We would rather say so plainly than be found out halfway through a demo. This is where things stand today:
- Most of the day-to-day work still happens in the coaches' accounts. The club's own view has grown a good deal since the start — team overview, calendar, broadcasts, results and coach management — but it is built to follow up, not to run the team.
- The numbers you get are about the teams and the coaches: active coaches, member count per team, attendance per event and results across every team. No combined picture of individual players.
- There is no club code to hand out. Players and parents are invited personally by the coach, one at a time.
- A player's club is a free-text line the player writes themselves. It is not linked to you as an organisation, so you cannot yet see “all our players” in the system.
None of these points is a secret, and none of them is permanent. They are here so that the next section means something.

How we work together
We want to solve your problems, not sell you a finished box
Breakout is built by people who have run teams themselves. We roughly know where it chafes, but we do not know what it looks like at your club — how many teams you have, who does what, what jams up in August when everyone needs to get into the system at once.
So we do it the other way round. You get the account, we set it up together, and then we listen to where it gets stuck. What comes up at several clubs is what we build.

Questions clubs ask
A club account costs 999 SEK per month including VAT. It covers the club account, the coach accounts you create and the teams they build — your coaches get their access through the club’s subscription. Get in touch through the form and we will set the account up together with you.
No, and we recommend you don't. Start with one or two teams that are curious, see how it works over part of a season, and expand from there.
If you created the coach account it belongs to the club, and you deactivate it. Have the coach hand their teams over to another coach first – a deactivated account can no longer do that.
Not yet. A player's club affiliation is a free-text line the player fills in themselves today, so it is not linked to you as an organisation. You see the squad in the teams the club owns itself. Teams a coach created in their own name appear in the team overview with name and member count, and their sessions and matches are in the club calendar with who has responded. If the coach has made the team private, you do not see it at all.
You have to be at least 13 to create a player account. Younger than that, registration is not possible. Special safeguards apply to players under 18, which we describe in our privacy policy — among other things, the player has to actively choose to be visible to scouts and trainers outside their team, and it is off until they turn it on.
Not today — the challenges in the app are created by us. If that is something you want to be able to do, it is exactly the kind of thing we want to hear.
